Hi Team,

We've deployed Birt 4.2.1 App in WAS 7.....default home page is fine i.e /birt/index.jsp.....post click to ViewExample following exception is getting encountered

+error:CannotstartuptheOSGIframework

Can you post the entire error stack? Did you follow these instructions?

Yes,I have followed above instructions...to deploy birt in WAS 7

There is no other exceptions in logs..........Only error is at front end i.e URL is localhost:9080/birt/frameset?__report=test.rptdesign&sample=my+parameter

Error is: "+ error.CannotStartupOSGIPlatform" What could be the issue?
Any other details required Pls let me know.

Does clicking on the '+' expand the error to give more info?

Are you using the POJO runtime or the OSGi runtime?

Here is a post with a similar issue that was because of permissions:
