Hi all,

I'm testing Papyrus (0.9.1). I'm trying to create a class diagram. I created a class, added a property but I can't assign the java.lang.String type to that property.

Maybe I need to install some additional plugin?

Configure something?

Thanks for your help.

-- Arnaud.

Hi, Arnaud,

You need to import a library of types. Select the Model (root package)
in the Model Explorer, right click, and Import -> Registered Package.
The UML Primitive Types library has a String type; maybe the Java
library does, too, (though it's not a Java "primitive").

HTH,

Christian

Hi there,
the library you guys are talking about is called "JavaPrimitiveTypes" and does not contain the "String" type.

Cheers!

Thanks for your answers. Is there a way to import packages from a library? From a jre or any other library?
