When i use install a software option on eclipse it give me v1.3 Emf Compare, but i need v2.1

emf compare so haw can i install Emf Compare on Juno.

i look documentation (user guide http://wiki.eclipse.org/EMF_Compare/Contributor_Guide) but i can't install v2.1

so what i must do ?

Not : i have emf v2.8

When i try this link on Install New Software option i have ;

" No software site found at ... " problem
