The migration to eclipse 4.x was a big step forward excepting the ordering of the opened files in the editor.

It has been wonderful in 3.x version where the last edited files were the first items in the list.

If I have 10+ files opened and I choose to edit the last one (the 10th) then the visible tabs are shifted instead of replacing the oldest unedited.

Is there an option to change this or I must accept it Smile ?

Hi,

This newsgroup is not for technical questions. It is for
announcements/discussions of the Eclipse legal entity, the Eclipse
Foundation.

You can try eclipse.platform instead as a suggestion.

Thanks,
Rich Kulp
