How to install CDT AND JDT simultaneously?

First I installed CDT and it works fine. Now I want to install JDT and use Help -> Install new Software...

The problem is, there is no single package like JDT. Instead, there are many Java related packages in many groups. How do I know what to install?

Maybe it is easier to install Eclipse Java EE and then add CDT to it? But again there is no single CDT package but many C++ related packages in a few groups.
