Yes. One idea was to provide client-side generation via Maven plugins and such like. The other idea is to have the generated bundles published to Maven Central so they can be consumed from there.

It should be saturated green already since this indicates time since the last update (but there seems to be a bug). Anyway, the project has now gone for a trademark search with the Eclipse IP team and will be provisioned after that - so effectively we got the green light.
