Hello,

I'm trying to create an E4 application.
When registering an extension of the "org.eclipse.e4.workbench.model" in my application, I get the :

No schema found "org.eclipse.e4.workbench.model" extension point.

Any idea why ?
I think I added all the required plugins.
I'm really struggling here. In what plugin is this extension point described ?

Thanks

So what flavor of Eclipse do you have installed? It looks like you are
missing the bundle sources, and the exsd files are only part of
..source-bundles.

Hello,

I'm running Juno SR1.

Can you tell me how to download/install those pacakge ?
I can add them as dependencies, but I cannot find them when trying to "Add required plugins".

Thanks

Look for the SDK features. You won't go wrong installing the "Eclipse SDK" feature.

I'm trying to install it using the updater in eclipse, but I'm always having conflicting dependencies.... It's really a mess...

EDIT : Finally got it working by downloading and installing a brand new Eclipse in a location, and installing the E4 tools from http://download.eclipse.org/e4/updates/0.12
Strange...
