I'm brand new to Java and Eclipse. I'm trying to create a program to deal with SOAP. I have tired both Eclipse IDE for Java Developers and Eclipse IDE for Java and Report Developers. I'm having issues in both with things not being accessible due to restrictions in the required library. I'm brand new to Java and Eclipse so I don't know if I'm just missing an add on or something more specific. Any guidance or help would be greatly appreciated.

The best tool I've used when working in SOAP is SoapUI. They have a
plug-in. I would suggest Eclipse IDE for Java EE Developers plus this
plug-in (see http://www.soapui.org/IDE-Plugins/eclipse-plugin.html),
though I have not used it myself (I've used SoapUI separately from Eclipse).
