How can I explicitly set the xsi:noNamespaceSchemaLocation attribute's value when saving an XMLResource?

I've figured out I can set OPTION_SCHEMA_LOCATION to FALSE to keep it from being generated at all, but external tools we are working with expect it to have an explicit value.
