Hi,

as you do not intend to provide edit and editor plugins for the meta models (which I would still prefer Wink ), could you please give me some feedback about those bugzilla issues:
https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=396051
and
https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=396031

Due to the fact, that you do not publish the *.util packages of the generated meta models, one is not able to generate edit and editor plugins by himself without changing your original plugins to provide access to these factories.
http://www.eclipse.org/forums/index.php/mv/msg/319066/847516/#msg_847516

This leads to a real mess up due to plugin duplication.

Could you please provide the access to these packages?

Thanks a lot
Benjamin

Hi,

any news about publishing the generated util package of your model plugins such as org.eclipse.modisco.java.composition and org.eclipse.modisco.kdm.source.extension?
We would really appriciate to provide access to these packages.

In the bugzilla entries Gregoire mentioned that this package would require additional maintenance effort, which is not the case because it is completely generated by EMF.
Without providing access to this package, you force people to make copies of your plugins just to make the package available by themselves and this might not be in your intention.
Especially with new release (e.g. Kepler) one has to do it over and over again.

regards
Benjamin
