Hi All,

in my application I have added the org.eclipse.search plugin and implemented a search and result page.
This works.

But there is the text search page, which makes no sense to my application.

As a user, I can select to hide. But, is there a way to programatically hide from the beginning? And to avoid the user can even activate it?

thx
Frank

Hi Sumit

thanks for the reply.

Attached is the search dialog, that I see when I run my application.
I implemented the search "Severity", but the search "File Search" is available too.

index.php/fa/12716/0/

Because "File Search" does not make any sense in my application, I want to disable (or hide) it completely. It shall also not be available, if the "customize" button is pressed.

Frank
