Are there defined workflows for using Jubula with multiple users?

For instance, can multiple people work on the same project files at the same time?

Or is working on a Jubula only allowed for one person at a time?

You can work with one Login which is used by multiple users

BUT
1. No Version Histry who did change what
2. No undo features
3. If one element is edited, the error message does not show who is locking the element (problem with big teams)

Hi,

As Sascha said, you can work with a multi-user database (we test with Oracle, though there are people using MySQL and PostgreSQL) that lets all testers work on the same project. You can, if you want to, use two databases: one for developing tests (i.e. where everyone works) and one for productive tests (i.e. that get executed at night). By exporting the project from the development database to version control, and importing this version into the productive database (both actions possible e.g. with the dbtool), you can ensure you're only executing tests that have been explicitly set to "productive".

HTH,
Alex
