I downloaded agent controller and followed instruction and configuration
as stated here
http://dev.eclipse.org/viewcvs/index.cgi/platform/org.eclips e.tptp.platform.agentcontroller/src-native-new/packaging_md/ windows/getting_started.html?root=TPTP_Project&view=co#C onfigure_Agent_Controller

Ran SetConfig.bat successfully which created serviceconfig.xml .

HOwever, when I Start the Agent Controller by changing my working
directory to <install-dir>\bin and running ACServer.exe, I get an error
stating

Error starting transport layers, Agent controller exiting.
See servicelog.log for error report.

Entries in servicelog.log are as follows:-

Hi Krishnaveni, first, I would recommend killing an
ACServer.exe/RAServer.exe/ACWinService.exe/RAWinService.exe processes, as
well as any java.exe processes that are running on your system.

This problem usually occurs when another agent controller is already
installed (and is running) on the system.

If this doesn't not work, can you please provide the following information
about your environment:
- which version of the agent controller did you download?
- Which version on XP (64-bit/32-bit)?
- Are you running using an administrative account?
