Adapter Configuration Editor does not work... [message #137929]

Hi,

my problem is that the Adapter Configuration Editor does not save changes
:( . Each input is ignored during processing (after Restart all changes
are gone)
The only possibility at the moment is to edit the file by hand - this
works - but it is not fine ;( .

Any ideas?

Which TPTP version are you using? and Could you give more information about
what changes were you trying to make?

Sorry Eugene,

I use TPTP version 4.5.1.
No changes are stored (or processed) in file (*.adapter).
E.g. when i do changes in start and end pattern in the Extractor component
- the editor show my changes, but not stored (or processed) in the
*.adapter file (Ctrl + S not work).

Hi Philipp,

The Log Adapter file and its editor are no longer supported since TPTP
4.5.0. Please use the earlier release of TPTP for editing the adapter file.

That means the Generic Log Adapter and the Configuration Editor are dead?

Or is there a new implementation (feature) of the Generic Log Adapter
(GLA)and Editor?

I can not believe it is no longer supported.

Hi Philipp,

Unfortunately. the functions are as-is now due to discontinued resource and
support allocated for maintaining nor enhancing the component.
