Hi, I downloaded the TPTP all-in-one package (4.5.0) for x86 Linux and the
separate agentcontroller-4.5.0 package. I set up the agentcontroller
(SetConfig.sh) and started ACStart.sh and confirmed that SampleClient
worked.

I then set LD_LIBRARY_PATH & PATH to the Agent Controller directory (lib &
bin respectively). I then launched eclipse & disabled the integrated Agent
Controller within eclipse & told it to look for the Agent Controller on
port 10006.

When I open the profile configurations, create a new Java Application (or
JUnit) config, & then click on the monitor tab, eclipse freezes up for a
long time. It then gives me "IWAT0435E An error occured when connecting to
the host." under the Monitor tab. The SampleClient works fine so what am I
missing.

Thanks in advance,
Jonathan

I should have added that I am not using a proxy of any kind (other posts
mention that removing the SOCKS proxy fixes this).

Hi Jonathan,

Try verify the Agent Controller connection by Windows > Preferences >
Integrated Agent Controller > Hosts, select localhost and click 'Test
Connection'.
If the connection is failed, stop AC with ACStop.sh, shutdown Eclipse, and
make sure there is no ACServer, eclipse, nor dangling java process running
on your system. Once these are all confirmed, start AC again, then start
Eclispe and run the Test Connection again and see if you can get a success
connection before you start any profile session.
