I'm new to this so I might be doing something horribly wrong. And for that I apologize.

I am running Juno.

I tried different JVMs not much luck.

v201208210947 might be the version.

I see something about preferences in the stack traces from .log file.

Any help would be appreciated.

Hi this looks not at all Xtext specific. Are you sure all required
deps are there when you start eclipse/the runtime app

Perhaps you are right. Maybe I have a problem with Eclipse in general.

It seemed easy to install.
