Eclipse Terminal window missing [message #956226]

I downloaded Terminal Managment from http://download.eclipse.org/tm/updates/3.3 through the Help->install.. but I do not see the Termianl under View->Other..
How do I enable this feature ?

That's the URL to the Update Site. By itself it doesn't indicate what you installed.
