I have a 3.2 application that is made up of about 5 plugins (one containing the data model, others the user interface types, one the main application).

I've been able to get the app to come up (i guess a compatability layer is helping here, but I'm not sure how).

I have now noticed that none of the commands defined in the plugin.xml files are working.. so I guess compatability does not work for that.

What would be the best method of transitioning this to the new rcp framework?

Create a new app and import the projects? or can I somehow add the application.xxx file to the main plugin that I have now?

All the tutorials seem to start from new project.. is there a good explanation of transition methods, tips and tricks?
