The class URI for a Part is creating only when this part get focus at first time. It can never be for all lifecycle of application if user doesn't choose the appropriate part tab. But sometimes it is necessery to have inctance of this class even when this part is invisible.
Is it possible to force the creation of such classes at start of application?

No, you can't force its instantiation. But you old use a processor to explicitly set the part's contribution object.
