There is a major issue with TPTP: the Instrumentation Source -> Add ARM
Instrumentation should have an interstitial that says:

"Are you sure? If you have your project's top level folder selected, this
will rewrite every single file in your project, many into an uncompilable
state, and removing the instrumentation will only mangle things further.
As appealing as all that sounds, you might want to check your outstanding
code into subversion before a bit of mouse stutter causes you to
accidentally click this."

This is horribly broken and dangerous.
