Yes, on Eclipse Indigo, but SWTBot does seem to have a problem with Eclipse Juno.

Which problems? We use it to test the Graphiti framework itself and it works
for us with Juno.

Samples can be found in the plugin "org.eclipse.graphiti.bot.tests"

I had problems after switching to Juno which I blamed on http://www.eclipse.org/forums/index.php/m/899339/

However, I have now switched to testing my functionality with dark feature processing a lot, so I have not tried recently.

Hello Micheal,

you said that
SWTBot was used to test Graphiti under juno.

But i would like to know, which version of Juno you used to do the tests?

I use currently EClipse 4.2 and i can not test anything with SWTBot.

I am reading through the tutorial of Chris Aniszczyk, and the statement
bot.menu("File");

yield to the exception :
org.eclipse.swtbot.swt.exceptions.WidgetNotFoundException.

So I don't know, if I do something wrong or I should set something.
Did you used a specific setting?

Can someone give an hint?

Thanks a lot.

Junior,

you can find the sources of that plugin in our git repo at
http://git.eclipse.org/c/gmp/org.eclipse.gmp.graphiti.git/tree/tests/org.eclipse.graphiti.bot.tests

Junior,

we use Eclipse 4.2 for our build and also the tests run against that
version. I can't remember changing any settings when we switched running our
tests from 3.7/3.8 to 4.2.
