Hello,
i did it the folloing way:
Imported via SVN into an eclipse ganymede with default plugin target
platform (i think rcp, no rap) clicked right hand onto the project
export -> export as deployable plugin or fragment. the created jar i
copied into my RAP eclipse plugins folder and there it was after a
restart, after that you can edit e.g. the
org.eclipse.rap.demo/them1/theme.css with the new build editor plugin
via right mouse -> open with -> other -> rap theme editor.
perhabs it did automatically register for css files ...
sincerely philipp

Hi Roland,

Just because you mentioned the RAP Incubator project, please note that
this project has not been created yet, we hope that this will be done
shortly. Once it is created, we'll commit the Theme Editor into the
Eclipse CVS.

BTW. do you know about the new dropins folder? This is probably a better
place to put it, see
http://wiki.eclipse.org/Equinox_p2_Getting_Started#Dropins

IIRC it registers for files named theme.css.
