In the axis command line, I could say java ... org.apache.wsdl.WSDL2Java
.... -d Application to set the deploy scope to "Application" as opposed to
"Session" which is also the default in WST.

Does anybody know how to do the same in the wst plugin when deploying my
WSDL?
