Consider a navigator command that performs a long-running operation (such as "Deploy application" or "Start VM".

What is the intended way for such command to provide feedback to the end-user (such as that the operation is in progress, how much progress has been made, or the operation has completed)? Will Orion report a command's returned Promise?

Turns out there is no built-in way of achieving this. Reported: https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=390708
