Hi!

Where can one find information about eclipse plan data and templates/
build process? It is unlikely that plan pages and reports are not genera=
ted
automatically. For example:

Is there any tools what eclipse.org uses to create/update such plans?
These can be very handy to use in other projects other than eclipse.

Does Phoenix project concern such web-visible parts of development proce=
ss?

There is not yet such a tool, but there will be by the end of the year.
