Hi,

As for the PaletteViewer in GEF, it has 4 default layout, such as COLUMNS,
LIST, DETAILS, etc. My question is, for the COLUMNS layout, can I set the
column number to 1?

Thanks.

Charles

So, as you widen the palette, the children will get wider, but they won't
ever share the same row?

I believe something like this (allowing the end-user to customize the number
of columns in the palette settings dialog) is planned, although it probably
won't be available until after the 3.0 release. You can open a feature
request at http://bugs.eclipse.org.

Meanwhile, if you must have it, you can change ColumnsLayout so that its
default width (defaultConstraint.width) is the same as the palette width.

Yes, that's exactly what I want. Thanks.
