I am following instructions at http://wiki.eclipse.org/JFace to setup a project for standalone SWT/JFace application development.

Step 19 gives instructions to attach the JFace source code. I cannot find the referenced folder anywhere, even though I have loaded Eclipse SDK, RCP SDK, PDE SDK and JDT SDK for Eclipse 4.2.

Can anyone point me to the JFace source code?

Regards,

Éric

I see the JFace source code in my Eclipse SDK 4.2 installation:
eclipse/plugins/org.eclipse.jface.source_3.8.0.v20120521-2329.jar

For follow-up questions regarding JFace please use their forum at http://www.eclipse.org/forums/index.php/f/15/

Hi Stephan:

Thanks for the reply. Even though that JAR is named that, it doesn't have the source code. But thanks for the pointer to post to the JFace forum. I didn't know there was one.

Regards,

Éric

UPDATE: I stand corrected. Stephan, you're right, that jar file is the source code. I was looking for a src.zip file, as per the instructions, but when I attached that jar file, things worked out. Thanks for your help.

Éric
