Hi,

I used the HTTP Recorder from TPTP 4.4.0.3 to create a TPTP URL Test.

The first request is to a login page. The tested application then
generates a unique SID, which is embedded in the response and all
subsequent requests are supposed to use it. This is like a custom SID
instead of JSESSIONID.

I need to obtain this generated SID and use it in the next requests. Is
there a way to do it (even by manual intervention over the generated
JUnit test code)?

Thanks,
Robert

Hi,

There is an existing enhancement request that has not yet been funded.

https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=139699

I believe this defect describes what you are looking for. There is a
work-around provided in comment #6 with comments about that work-around
that I responded with in comment #7.
