Hi! This might sound noob (well actually I am a noob) but I can't find any downloads or whereabouts of E4Designer or E4 Workbench Designer

I found about this

then I looked upon this
wiki.eclipse[.org]/E4/E4Designer

But I can't find it. Any downloads or whereabouts

This will be a good help to our team specially it will reduce our R&D

There is no such thing as an E4 Designer. E4 application development is done through the E4 tools (workbench definition) which you can use along with Window builder do build specific GUI.
