I'm new to eclipse, I've been searching but I haven't been able to find what I think I'm looking for. I'm looking for a collaborative project management tool that I can use from within Eclipse, where I can define a software application project and assign tasks to internal and external team members, and keep track of progress.

From the developer's end, it's Mylyn. I don't use it, so I can't elaborate.
