I'm trying to learn how to use Eclipse, plowing through the Workbench User Guide, and when I click on the "Working with other editors" step I get a dialog to download a page. After clicking Open, a webpage opens in firefox saying:

File not found

Firefox can't find the file at /C:/Documents and Settings/jimmy.HOME/Local Settings/index.jsp?topic=/org.eclipse.platform.doc.user/gettingStarted/qs-34a.xhtml&cp=0_1_0_9.

Other than re-installing, any suggestions on how to fix this problem?

Thanks in advance.

I recall that this was broken in a very old version but now this works
fine for me using 3.8 or 4.2 or online:
