Any chance of ever migrating away from bugzilla to .. say... JIRA
(www.atlassian.com)? Its a great product and is free for open source use.
I have no affiliation with Atlassian (other than a happy customer). Mostly
I really hate the bugzilla interface. JIRA is much friendlier:

Well, this is a _strong_ subjective opinion. Maybe it's just fine to
upgrade to the new 2.18 release.

Just so you know, the Foundation is currently focusing on installing our new
hardware and then moving to reviewing our tools. There are lots of software
on the current servers which are running old versions.

So I guess what I am saying is that we are open to suggestions, but it will
likely be a few months before we're seriously working on a decision. And no
matter what we do, the interests of the committers and the community will be
paramount.
