Why does not eclipse work for my computer [message #910014]

When i start a new C project in eclipse nothing happens.I have installed JDK java, Eclipse IDE for C/C++ Developers and MinGW tools.I also having problem with the Eclipse cannot find the binary code. Im a completely beginner in programming in general. I have print screen but it didnt work to upload here.

You only need a JRE (Java runtime environment), probably already on your
computer, to run Eclipse itself. The JDK (Java developers' kit) is only
needed if you wish to develop Java programs.

You might ask this question in the Eclipse CDT forum where those who use
it to develop C/C++ programs hang out.
