all of the editors under Web or XML preferences seem to inherit from Structured Text Editors, but not from Text Editors. hence the dnd option is not recognized. if i open a .css or .dtd file with a js editor, text select and dnd works, as JavaScript Editor is a Text Editor inheritor..

using juno 4.2, wdt 3.4. this is so basic there must be something obvious i'm missing.
