As Remy said, you can get the Win64 downloads of the Eclipse project
from http://download.eclipse.org/eclipse/downloads/
But that is only the "base" platform, not a richer package like you get
from the main downloads page (such as JEE Developer or Plug-in Developer
packages). I'm not sure there are packages built for Win64 - EPP team,
can you answer that?

Yepp, I can answer that but the answer is negative :(
And currently there are no plans to add support for this platform (well,
we don't have the resources to work on that).
