Hi All ,
Is HTML 5 / CSS 3 tags supported by XULRunner Plugin ???

I currently have xulrunner plugin of version 1.8.x using which I have created a browser for me , But it seems like its not supporting css 3 tags.

So I want to know if any higher version of xulrunner plugin will support HTML 5 and css 3 tags .

Has someone tried using xulrunner above 1.8 version to see if it works with HTML 5 or css 3 ??

Please reply about your experiece with using mozilla's xulrunner plugin.

Hi,

Xulrunner 1.8 is a very old version. You could try using SWT 3.8 or 4.2, which support Xulrunner 10. Also, you should be able to find the exact details of the features supported by XULR10 on mozilla.org.
The older SWT versions support XULR 1.8.x - 1.9.x and 3.6.x (but not 2.x). See this link for the complete list of XULR supported by different SWT versions. http://eclipse.org/swt/faq.php#browserlinux
