HI
i like to remove eclipse with all plugins with all eclipse trace so i can install it a fresh copy but i have deleted eclipse from my user folder and other folder as well be still when i run from new file it load all plugins from some where.

This isn't a technical forum. Try eclipse.newcomers if in doubt where
to post. I'll suggest you make your question a little more clear when
you post to an appropriate technical forum because from just this I
don't think anyone will have a clue what you're talking about. They'd
not even know which operating system your using, which version of
Eclipse, what you mean by "run it from a new file" or how you know that
it loads plugins from "some where" and that those plugins aren't the
right ones.
