When I put the jars in my Eclipse installation and try to open it I get the following error.

Any ideas on what is wrong?

Not sure what the problem is... however version 3.0 is very old now and lacks many features, unless you really need that version I would follow the instructions at www.eclipse.org/forums/index.php/t/319046/ and install version 4.0.

Thanks for the help. When you go to the VTP downloads page it says that the latest build is 3.0 (http://www.eclipse.org/vtp/downloads.php). I was able to get it installed with your help as version 4.0.
