Hi,

We develop xs, a general purpose language that currently has an online IDE at codexcess.com We are naturally trying to move offline with Xtext and all its awesomeness.

We are still in the design phase and have ran into a problem: A lot of our scoping happens outside of Xtext (most types and the application instances are defined on xml) and looking around we haven't seen any examples of how can they be connected to Xtext.

What would be the best way to do this? Is it possible to build a Scope by hand and mix it with the regular XText scoping?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
