Hello:

I am reseaching some administrative information for the Eclipse IDE. Namely the End of Life for version 3.x, the latest version of Eclipse, and if there are any name changes associated with upcoming versions of Eclipse.

There will be at least two service release for 3.8. There might be more,
since no 3.9 release is planned.

What do you mean by "name change"? Each release (train) gets its own
name if that's what you're asking.
