every time i try to run a java file i get the same error

Exception occurred executing command line.
Cannot run program "C:\Archivos de programa\Java\jre7\bin\javaw.exe" (in directory "C:\Documents and Settings\user\workspace\org.eclipse.swt.examples"): CreateProcess error=5, Acceso denegado

what does it mean?
i am a beginner as you can see

i found this thread with a similar problem, nevertheless i am running windows xp 32 bit.
