Hi maybe I have missed something, but currently zest2 isn't the official version, is that correct?

Is there any expected release date for version 2?

Hi,

you are right, Zest2 is not the official released version, but most development effort goes there.

As of now, we don't have a fixed release date, but we prepare to do a release together with the under construction GEF4 component. See this wiki page for details: http://wiki.eclipse.org/GEF/GEF4
