Where can I find a change log file for each Eclipse version, say v4.2? What I am looking is to link the change log file to the previous bug report so I can see what bugs have been fixed in the new version? Thanks.

With every Eclipse downloads there is a link about open bugs and fixed bugs like in this link http://eclipse.org/downloads/packages/eclipse-ide-java-ee-developers/junor you can see open and fixed bugs on bottom right.

Also eclipse maintains all bugs in Bugzilla, so a quick search there may also helpful.
