I recently installed Eclipse IDE for C/C++ Developers on a pc running openSUSE 11.4. When I start a new C/C++ project and it asks me to specify the name, workspace, and toolchain I cannot specify the correct toolchain. The only one I see is GNU Autotools Toolchain. I already downloaded the gcc/g++ packages from the Yast repository I just don't know how to link them with Eclipse. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

When creating a new project you should select C/C++->Executable instead of C/C++->Autotools
