I installed eclipse from repositories, an installed new plugins, but i want to extract those plugins, maintain them apart for later reinstalation of my system, and that's my problem, how to do it.

sorry for my englis, but i am, spanish speaker...

I've often mirrored feature IUs to my own local site. Then they can be installed from the local site as often as you'd like. See http://pweclipse.blogspot.ca/2011/06/p2-cheatsheet.html for an example.
