Is there a p2 update site available for Gemini Blueprint?

According to http://www.eclipse.org/forums/index.php/t/283164/, there is a specific location that it can be published to, but that location appears to be empty (404).

We use Buckminster to populate our target platform, and it would be nice to just point to a p2 site to get Blueprint.

Unfortunately the current answer is "no". I would like Gemini Blueprint to be published into a Gemini p2 site in the fulness of time, but resourcing that change is another matter.
