Have you found the links to the 4.2 (Juno) release?

Seeing as that's out, I highly doubt they would release a prequel! Why do you want a previous version?

I don't believe that there are any plans to create any packages for 3.8.
However, you can download 3.8 project versions if you select the
Projects link from the Downloads page, you can then select specific
projects.

The Eclipse Project link has a 3.8 download page.

@Chris The reason I want v3.8 is that I cannot find a way to run Juno on RHEL4. It just keeps crashing. Is it a bug or RHEL4 is just too old?
I just downloaded v3.8 and tried, but I found the CDT for v3.8 is actually for Juno, which means it is not going to run on RHEL4. Seems like I have to stick on 3.7.2 until they upgrade the machine. (sigh)

You can download 3.8 and add CDT from the Juno repository.

To clean up some confusion: For Juno the Eclipse SDK a.k.a. "classic" or
"platform" ships in two versions: 3.8 and 4.2, where 4.2 is the primary
version which is used to build the packages. 3.8 is essentially the same
as 4.2 except for the new features in Platform UI.

I am trying 3.8 + CDT. I don't know why it crashed when I just installed CDT and restarted Eclipse first time, but now it looks working fine.

Update: It crashed again. Maybe not so stable.
