Hi all,

I am using theming to make my RAP app look more "cool". I am using a gradient background color on the shell widget, but I am not able to make the viewpart composites transparent, there is always a white background...

I would like to know if it is posible to make the viewpart transparent in order to use these gradient color.

Hi David,
did you try to set the background mode (Composite#setBackgroundMode) to
INHERIT_FORCE?

Hi Ivan,

I did use your tip, but it happens something strange, since I put INHERIT_FORCE in the page composite, all its child composites are getting the shell background and I don't know why... I tried to force a INHERIT_NONE in them without any results... do you know why it is happening??
