Hi,

Where should I upload a single textfile in virgo server?

Like in Tomcat server TOMCAT_HOME\webapps\ROOT

and if I hit in tomcat server like http://localhost:8080/Feed.txt

Likewise in virgo where to upload the text file?

You'll need to replace the splash screen application (which has web context path '/') with your own that includes that resource.
