I find The watched repository does not automatically picks up artifacts.
When I copy a bundle to usr,it not automatically deployand start it.
Otherwise,I restart virgo,it works.
Why?

Seems like you need the hot-deploy feature of Virgo that is provided by the pickup directory. Artifacts dropped there are automatically deployed and started.

Their dependencies are installed from Virgo's repositories.

So you tupically drop your common libraries in repository while your plan/PAR would go in pickup.

Recommend that you check out the following post (and it's thread) as it pretty nicely outlines the intent behind repositories and their passive nature - that is, bundles from a repository are deployed when needed.
